• Supervision of the whole SIA security organization in Turkey (onshore & offshore) and single security point of contact.

• Assist and advise the SIA SURF Project Director in all security matters. • Close relationships with OneSubsea (Schlumberger) and Contractors security Representatives during Sakarya project for synergy and optimization. • Identify, quantify and assess security threats to company’s business across the country to deliver proactive actionable advice on security risk treatment, appropriate and cost-effective measures to reduce risk exposure. • Ensure that all mitigation measures are in place to provide a high level of security for all SIA personnel deployed in country, all SIA assets (Subsea 7, OneSubsea) and contractors assets (Saipem, Van Oord,..), for onshore & offshore operations in compliance with relevant security Policies. • Supervision for the SIA Security Coordinator based in Filyos for the security measures implementation in the SIA base located within the Filyos port facilities (access control, perimeter integrity, CCTV, SIA Guards SOW, ..) • Effectively manage, support company’s response to any security related incident. Guide and advice on any emergency or security crisis at SIA and Subsea 7 level. • Promote and develop a strong security culture oriented towards continuous improvement and ensure that all personnel adhere and comply with the SIA and Subsea 7 Group security policies & regulations. • Develop and maintain security information networks
