Electrician

Plumber

 You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property's plumbing facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests. 

Pipe Fiter     Efficient & Professional executions of assigned work as per the required quality standards within the allocated man hours to the set targets accordance with the relevant instructions given by the Foreman. • Knowledge on drawings like fitting, cutting. • Optimum use of Fabrication / Fit up tools so as to deliver maximum output • Taking all safety precautions & protective measures at work & should understand the rules of hot work permit & other safety permit rules before starting the jobs. • Maintaining & careful use of tools & equipments and reporting of defective tools to the concerned Foreman. • Prevent wastage of materials. • Ensure to follow safety, quality & environment as per company standards. • Maintain housekeeping of work place • Perform any other job related duties as assigned by the department.


Ac Techinicians

"must have excellent knowledge of repairing, installation and troubleshooting all kinds of ..[HVAC ..VRF system] (package units, FCU, FAHU, AHU, CHILLERS &VRF units)" AC maintenance and installation work NOTE........... only those with cencelled or visit visa should apply preference will be given for those who are ready to join IMMEDIATELY.... fixed salary ...salary starting 1500 to 2000 no overtime No fixed duty timing .... Only friday overtime Those whow already have an Employment visa should not apply for this job English speaking & writing is must..... Accommodation +TRANSPORT provided by company must have at least 2-5 years of gulf experience in HVAC & VRF systems from maintenance industry... ARE you available in UAE CAN you join immediately.. Whenever a customer calls you have to take the technician with you and if there is any complaint after working then you have to go there otherwise you have to come back to Room
